• Can you tell what is happening on campus in real time? 
• Can you protect students / employees / patients from an active shooter?
• How will you communicate on campus during violence or natural disaster?
• Can you communicate with local / state / federal authorities?
• Does everyone know who takes charge in a crisis?
• Is the staff fully trained?
• Do those on campus know whether to evacuate or barricade? 
• If evacuating, do they know where to go?  
• How will you save important data?  Equipment?
• How do you implement lock-downs and all-clears?
• Is there a check-in system for accounting for everyone?
